Biden’s 40% approval rate is sky high compared to SCOTUS’s 25%

That Biden is more popular than the Supreme Court and Congress. ;) Thanks for the softball.
The Supreme Court doesn't make policy, they interpret the Laws and the Constitution.
If the public wants more popular laws, elect more popular politicians.

Dumb thread. Like the USSC has a choice in how they rule.
They don't, they rule based on their expert understanding of the US Constitution, and the various laws.

If a doctor tells you you're too fat, he's doing his job even if you don't like his diagnosis.

The right has politicized the court from stealing seats to appointing religious zealots. It’s a fucking farce and everyone knows it. I expect people will just ignore the shot out of them and do their own thing.
What seats were stolen?

LOL Obviously the poll took in few moderate let alone conservative people's opinions. It is after all the MSM and DemocRats who are regularly bashing the Court.

Their attempt to alter the Court's rulings, same as the FDR Court-packing scheme did. Only it won't work this time around. Maybe with Roberts, but no one else.

Hopefully, after Republicans win back the White House in 2024, Roberts will retire.

But liberal Justices make policy all the time. That is precisely what 'Roe' was, policy.

BFD - SCOTUS judges aren't elected so popularity is non-issue.

Notice that the polling data only lists "quite a lot" or "a great deal". You have to expect that the poll also asked about moderate approval but the link doesn't include it because it doesn't fit in with the current left wing anti-Court narrative. What if the moderate approval rate was around 30%? Combined it would give over 60% approval to the Court but that's not what the media wants to hear.

They are now making policy.

Anyone with a three-digit IQ knows that the POPULARITY of the Supreme Court is about three levels below irrelevant. Which is why Leftists like to bring it up.

Ummm, latest approval rate for Joe was in the 20s...where'd tbe OP get 40%?

They are now making policy.
No, the USSC is not making policy.
The USSC is saying (correctly) that the US Constitution does NOT control abortion policy, therefore it is a state and local responsibility NOT a Federal policy unless a new LAW is passed.

If you believe that the USSC is wrong, please cite which article of the Constitution makes abortion a Federal responsibility.

25% of people are confident in the Supreme Court vs 40% confident in Biden. Congratulations conservatives you have destroyed another institution while making Biden look popular.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- With the U.S. Supreme Court expected to overturn the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision before the end of its 2021-2022 term, Americans' confidence in the court has dropped sharply over the past year and reached a new low in Gallup's nearly 50-year trend. Twenty-five percent of U.S. adults say they have "a great deal" or "quite a lot" of confidence in the U.S. Supreme Court, down from 36% a year ago and five percentage points lower than the previous low recorded in 2014.
News Flash! The justices are not elected. The people who pick them are, until Biden.

It is indicative of how they are doing their job. There is nothing more relevant than that.

It is truly tragic for the nation that the court has lost the faith of the American people as being an impartial interpreter of the law. But then you know what P.T. Barnum said.
