I have to admit that in my line of work I have often tried empathizing with others and telling them that I understand their pain and what they are going through. But, damn, I'm pretty good at it while Biden is the worst I have ever seen. He has this knack of coming across totally insincere and making it more about him rather than them. His pain is worse than theirs, which doesn't go over well. Of course lying doesn't help either.
