Last nights debate was derailed not by Mr Trump, but rather Fox's leftist moderator, Chris Wallace, whose early interventions on behalf of Biden were brazenly biased. Trump, definitely was unhinged by that turn of events, and it served to reinforce I think, Trump's decision(questionable to poor)to play it aggressive. Trump did not really hurt himself last night, he just didn't help himself, Biden on the other hand told numerous, and demonstrable lies, all anyone need do is simply compare Bidens words from last night, with stated positions, including currently posted to his campaign site.

For instance in tossing Sanders, and AOC under bus along with their green deal(which he was still fully endorsing on his campaigns web page at debate time)Biden very likely created an irreversible rift with that radical element, and Biden cannot hope to win absent their total support! So, while I definitely agree that Trump overdid his aggression, it still served to provoke the pathologically dishonest Biden into repeatedly lying to tens of millions of Americans who due to Bidens own lack of exposure these last months, can easily contrast his lies from last night with primary debate lies issued in spring. Literally speaking, Biden demonstrably lied every time he opened his mouth in this debate, its to bad Trump's overbearing performance continually overshadowed Biden and his naked dishonesty.
