See, one of 2 things must be true here.

1) What you're saying is true and Biden is apparently not as tough on Russia as he should be.

2) The threat Russia actually is was overblown by Democrats, and thus, the sanctions were removed accordingly, once scapegoating Russia was no longer needed.
