The progressives found they lacked the votes to really raise taxes on the rich, even when they had the House Sen and WH. The WH may be finding out that there's no way to build a national infrastructure for servicing EV's without there being consumer demand from people with EVs.

The progressives declare this a failure of policy.

He is extending both government AND the democrat party. This is just the newest version of Obumma's old "private police force" he wanted to create using college students bought and paid for by paying off their student debt.

A "Climate Force" enacted without representation, without legislation, unrestrained by normal police laws to "crack down" on "climate criminals."

Soon there will be a "climate court" where climate crimes and crimes against the Earth are adjudicated.
