Biden needs to be quietly removed and sent to an appropriate care facility or to his own home with the best of caregivers and security guards. He is being used by unelected communists who want today's people they do not care for.

We don't need him to be impeached because of his mental illness of dementia. But y'all Democrats need to remove him from an office the American people no longer trust him with because of his breach of his oath of office. As bad ad leaving Americans numbering in the hundreds from Afghanistan, the people pulling his puppet strings have a huge desire to criminalizing parents who should be the arbiters of what their children learn, and not the communist party that is pushing critical race theory that causes a huge number of children to hate themselves to commit suicide.

Please get Biden under control before he hurts other Americans like he did those his errors left hundreds behind who will have tortured deaths if the Talibanis decide to make Allah happy.

The true God weeps when men in charge do cowardly acts and them blame their mess on someone else.

From what I've seen in the current news, Trump is not taking it well that President has declined to use his executive privilege to shield Trump and his applicable family members from whatever fallout if any, that the release of these documents would reveal.

Can a former president exert executive privilege over documents once he's no longer in office?

Its already known , anything and everything is ok as long as you use it to make sure Trump can never hold office again . The left is scared to death of Trump. And don't care what they must do to achieve their goal . Which justifies the means.

Like the former president does every day.

If the former president and his grifting children are not guilty of anything then the sunshine will vindicate them...if not, he will be judged accordingly.

Any one of Trumps children would do a better job of running this country than Kid Strike *FJB.

Maybe Trump should have discussed Executive Privilege over his documents during the transition period
As usual, Quid Pro Joe, being a democrat, is failing to see the long term results of his short term actions. Failing to protect the previous president's papers merely opens the door for his Republican successor to release his papers to the public. It's sad how the democrats sacrifice so much for such little immediate gain.

During the traditional Presidential transition period, Trump could have explained the complexities of the COVID crisis, the economy, Afghanistan and brought up his concerns about Presidential records

Instead, he through a tantrum and refused to speak to Biden

Doesn't matter. Quid Pro is president now, and if he releases TRUMP!'s papers. he's opened the door for his to be released. It's his choice and you can't blame TRUMP! for it. Quid Pro's been around, remember? He was in the White House whenever Barry would let him come in, and he's supposed to know all kinds of stuff after 50 years in Washington. Why does he need somebody to explain how complex a novel disease, the economy, and foreign relations are? If he's really that far out of touch he shouldn't be in the White House.

Then it's a precedent in his own administration, as he has already set himself up against the Constitution.

Where in the Constitution does it say Presidential records can’t be released?

How quickly you decide to ignore his eviction moratorium EO and his vaccination mandate.

How about the former president's actions during the insurrection?
