You are correct, Biden could have reversed Trumps policy and he should have. He didn't and he owns responsibility for it. Trump also owns responsibility for initiating the pull out. He wanted to be out before Biden even took over. The Taliban owns Afghanistan right now because of Trump and Biden. No way around that
