Looking at the 2016 map, it looks to me like Biden can flip Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, and Trump still gets to 271. That's assuming Biden doesn't lose Navada or New Hampshire.

It looks like Joe is banking on keeping all Hillary's states, and flipping Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.

It's certainly possible, but it's going to take a shit-ton of voter fraud. I don't think they are up for it.
