Biden did not campaign on deporting illegals, he did not campaign on securing the border, INSTEAD he did just the opposite by announcing should he become president, the third-world was welcome to flood right in, which they did in record #'s.

Trump, on the other hand made it loud and clear, that under his administration, we were going to continue to secure the border, and there would be mass deportations starting with the criminals that Biden let in.

In other words, the third-world knew they were no longer welcome, and they haven't even been trying in large #'s to come in.
The proof is right in front of your face, and it's happened without any new legislation.

That's all Biden needed to do, without ANY help from new legislation. Obviously he wasn't going to do anything, because he and his party invited and WANTED the flood of third-worlders in the first place.
