The problem had already manifested itself well prior to any legislation being introduced or Trump getting involved. We would be dealing with that problem, meaning removing millions of illegals from our country, regardless of any legislation that would have been passed late in Biden's term. Now that Trump has taken office, illegal immigration has all but stopped and Trump is taking care of the problem that Biden caused, allowed and even encouraged during his term. If left up to Democrats, we wouldn't have border at all. They are power hungry and believe this is a way for them to stay in power. I understand the motives of Democratic politicians, what I fail to understand is how their constituency can be so naive and, frankly, stupid, not to see it.
