Nah, see, Joe is for life. Life in prison. Getting life in prison with free room, board, clothes and food with no responsibilities must seem like a pretty good deal for these people who have committed such atrocities that they were put on death row!

If Joe were REALLY against death, he would just eliminate the federal death penalty.

ITMT, Joe remains staunchly in favor of death for those who do not pay him:

• Death for the unborn if the crack-whore mother just gets knocked up without wanting the kid.
