There would have to be proof of it to bring charges or convict. There is plenty of proof with Hunter from his time in the service, to his laptop, to what he admitted to in public. It doesn't matter if he had past convictions or was a drug abuser. He lied on a federal firearms application and as my link points out, punishable for up to ten years in federal prison.
Can you show where Hunter was convicted or found in possession of illegal drugs.
Are Republicans going to go after everyone who was kicked out of the military for drugs and now has a gun permit?
Or only the Presidents son?
