You're right. Maybe he could move our US embassy to Jerusalem. What a monumental diplomatic move that would be. Many Presidents have said they would do that when they were campaigning.

So far he doesn't have much, if anything, to show in diplomatic accomplishments. Afghanistan was a tragic disaster. He called Benjamin Netanyahu 'president' and a day later called President Moon Jae-in 'prime minister' When he asked OPEC to increase their oil production, they laughed at him.

I hear that whispers behind his back from international leaders are not those of respect, but more of ridicule. They may have hated President Trump because of his powerful signal that the USA would not be the world's sugar daddy any more, but they all respected him.

Perhaps his visit to Saudi Arabia will repair the damage done when he called the crown prince names and Jen Psaki announced to the world that we were downgrading our relationship with Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia has an abysmal record in human rights but so does Iran that Biden loves. Saudi Arabia is the single most important country to stablize the Middle East and wrecking our relationship with them was not smart. And it was dangerous.

I hate to disrespect the Presidency. I hated it when the left did it to Trump and I won't do it Biden. He's not a 'punk'. He's just a tired, confused, manipulated old liberal with what any reasonable person would say is dementia. He has never demonstrated stellar character but we don't expect that from our politicians any more do we.

But yes. Trump was amazing in his depth and breadth of knowledge of international issues and proved himself quite capable in diplomatic efforts. Biden cannot claim that skill set now. He never could.
