If it were up to me, at the Swearing-In ceremony for EVERY politician, they would be 'chipped' - as part of the deal of accepting the job. The purpose of this chip would be to act as a 'Lie Detector' and 'punishment' tool for the American people. Every time a politician lied the device would administer a moderate electrical shock - not enough to kill them nut enough to cause a painful reaction for everyone to see. If they try/tried to take it out or do anything to it, it would shock the shit out of them again.
