The words "he's after" take on a sinister meaning when it refers to the agenda of the U.S. government. The president has had two brain embolisms and is clearly mentally impaired. In about a half hour, my canner will be full of stroganoff and there will be a big pot of marinara simmering on the stove and somewhere in there, I'll spend some time picking cucumbers and, if I have time today, I'll get the new mailbox planted in the ground by the street. If I REALLY get energetic, I'll run to the hardware store and while I'm in town I'll pick up my neighbor's prescriptions.

Busy-ness happens when you live in a small town and grow your own food and help your neighbors. Typing on my keyboard happens in the times in between.

If they were able to see people being taxed nearly half their income (when all taxes are considered) and hear people demanding far more exorbitant rates with no war being fought, they would certainly advocate for the immediate overthrow of the government and a mass reset of spending and taxation.

It would be nice if the administration considered the Constitution as a law by which to govern instead of something to avoid, get around, and ignore whenever possible, but that's not the case.

And yes, absolutely the POTUS is demonizing massive numbers of citizens. He's calling them enemies, something no POTUS should ever do unless he's trying to gin up violence against them. Hopefully, it will enrage voters and we will see a mass protest vote against his party this fall.

Don't be silly. The founding fathers understood the need for taxes. They just wanted representation. Our representatives have determined what our taxes should be. If you don't agree with them, then vote for representation that will change it, you idiot. That's exactly what the writers and signers of the constitution wanted. We have a constitution.
