Obama asked to increase the budget for State Department security to 2.15 billion dollars and the Republicans gave him a mere 40 million less than the INCREASE he requested...a drop in the bucket. Trying to blame the lack of security in Benghazi on that "missing" 40 million, that would have been spread out over the entire State Department security budget is laughable. This was not a money issue...it was an issue of our State Department being more concerned with not having the appearance of an "armed camp" than in providing adequate protection to our diplomatic staff.
