Actually those of us at the Far Right end of the political spectrum supported Trump because the GOP didn’t offer any other candidate who even came close to speaking for us. We would have preferred a more polished candidate but we weren’t offered on who wasn’t a fucking liberal sack of feces in 2016.

We hoped that the party leaders would get the point that we will no longer support moderate to liberal Democrat-lite candidates and would move further to the Right.

So far that hasn’t really happened. If the party (or a third party) would produce a more polished Right wing candidate we would gladly support them over Trump.
