Without the invective... they ARE occupying forces. Check it out a bit further. If purported civilians are settled in occupied territories, that is against the law, and they are indeed occupiers.

And at any rate, I am not here to defend it, just to explain to you why it will happen. Every chance they get, it will happen. If that's not acceptable, pull the settlers out.

The Fogels were not FORCES. They were unarmed non combatants.

Like I said, if carrying or using a firearm was the criterion, then most of the third Reich would walk away from a war crimes trial. There are other ways to violate human rights besides carrying a gun.

If you are determined to be stubborn, I can't force you to see.
