Twitter and Facebook are private companies, neither of which I give a shit about. They are welcome to do whatever they feel is necessary for their bottom lines. I don't think either are particularly afraid of the tiny fraction of a percent of their business that they'll lose to "Gab".

As for "hearing opinions you don't like" - let's not kid ourselves - the whole point of Gab is to function as an echo chamber. Stormfront can't stop black people from signing up either - but I wouldn't count on talking to many of them there.

I had my account removed twice and have been banned over 50 times....
