Back surgery

Has anyone experienced it?
Getting two and three vertebrae fused on Friday.

So sorry to hear! Did you try decompression therapy? It seems that once they start cutting on the back that they always end up going back in when it comes to ruptured discs. Be well and I will hold you up in prayer.

I wish you the best of luck.

Hope your back simply isn’t too fucked up to fix.

No, but I think Tiger Woods had the fusion surgery you are going to have and judging by how he was swinging the driver last week it looks like it worked great. Hope it works for you.

I need a lumbar and cervical fusion, keep putting it off. Hade a number of discetomies, and laminectomies.

Hope it goes well for you. Which discs?

I'd try the upside-downy thingy first.

Yeah, I need to get around to that, but my back doesn't hurt and I can lift 200 lbs no problem/pain. There's still a lump back there.

Not necessary. Go see the Chinese acupunture/acupressure people.

Went through physical therapy and injections and none of it worked. Threw in the kiropraktor for good measure and came up empty handed.

I bet the upside-downy thingy would fix it.

Surgery is generally bad unless absolutely necessary.

Have two family members that have both had back surgery. They both ended up back under the knife. One who has had the surgery but still having problems. A good Chinese body expert may be helpful. Everything along the spine is connected to something else. I had sciatic nerve problems for years. The right side pain is all gone after dealing with some other issues. The left I am still working on the internal issues that effect it.
