I would not get plastic surgery. There is a limit to what it can do.

Parenthetically, I recently lost about 30 pounds and I look "better," which is not to say, "good."

There is a female in my circle of friends and acquaintances (50-year-pld daughter of a friend) who has had a significant amount of "work," and the effect is amazing. She was homely as a teen and young adult, and now she looks like a well-put-together, pretty teen, head to toe.

I wouldn't get plastic surgery, looks dreadful when you've aged.

I have a friend who is extremely interested in these bio-beds they are developing.

Supposedly, once fully operatioinal, they are to help heal pretty much every physical malady there is of the human condition.
Including, but not limited to anti-aging properties with some of the medical processes that are involved in healing diabetes and cancers.

I haven't done any research on these things yet, but my friend is on pins and needles to live long enough to use one.

For me personally.
I'd definitely get some liposuction and nip tucks.
Maybe a dermabrasion to get smooth sking again.

Other than that.......I would say no.

I haven't done any research on these things yet, but my friend is on pins and needles to live long enough to use one.

That's interesting thanks... I believe the expected lifetime for humans to grow due to a lot of factors... and healing illnesses is one of the ways...

Yep. Recently I took my ex stepmother to the hospital to get her boob implants removed. I feel sorry for her. She's in pain.

I used to love to tease her about her fake boobs. One time at Thanksgiving dinner I put her on the spot to explain to a curious 8 year old, in her why phase, why she had surgery to put silicone put in her breasts. Why? why? WHY?

Whatever type of such schemes are developed only the rich will be able to afford the treatments. For general health people should be taught the basics of natural health practices. That way, when they hit the wall regarding health, they'll at least know why and what they can do to improve their health in ways that they can afford.
