Read the link I posted. Where the cop explains that they are trained to put phrases in the reports to cover up illegal uses of force. Police trained to lie and obstruct any investigation is a problem. Cops lying to protect each other is a problem.

So nobody know how many brutality events there are each year. And nobody counts any events versus contacts. But then again you know that as I explained it to you many times.

For Rape we have to consider that literally hundreds of millions of interactions occur for each rape. Men talk to women and do not rape them. So by using the same formula Rape is not a problem either.

The test of a mathematical formula is if it works in any or all situations. Using the same procedures means it is fair. Applying it to the deaths of cops the same way you apply it to police brutality shows that there is no real danger to cops.
