Yes but moving the liquid does not release the energy It only moves the mass. To release the energy you have to combust it. The best ICE these days will get about 35%. Anytime you approach 60% You're approaching the heat limit of the materials that the engine is made of.

Yeah I've read some of those claims about 35% and I kind of doubt it myself. Currently running a battery of Solar Gt's That do about 58%. The biggest problem is always the heat.... Even using an intake cooler only gets you another four or five percent if you're lucky.

Once again filling your tank with gasoline that has potential energy is completely irrelevant to this discussion. Electricity does not move in mass the same way. When you're moving that at high amperage you tend to melt whatever you're moving it through. How do I know this?

Understand the fact that BYD are able to charge twice as fast as the fastest Tesla charging options, not 10 times not 100 times just double so you're claims about melting and so on are based on hysteria not science.

So please do tell me what activities people engage in on a daily basis that consume daily one megawatt and a few minutes I can't wait to hear what it is.

A watt (power) is one joule/second it is a rate of consumption, that's why energy is expressed as kWh - so consuming 10 joules per second (10 watts) for 5 seconds equates 50 joules.

An EV (say a typica Tesla) driving at 90 mph, consumes energy at 36 kW, 36,000 joules per second, now who said anyone was consuming energy at a 1000 kW?

A Tesla with best charge options can charge at 250 kW, so BYD is claiming it can charge at two to four times that rate, the Tesla batteries are inferior and that's what limits their charge rate.

Dump your Tesla, dump your Tesla stock and move on.

Indeed, I agree - not saying I agree with Trump of course but I do agree he fomented anger by discussing subjects neither party really wanted to discuss much, he exploited that in a similar way to how Hitler exploited public frustration at the Versailles treaty and war reparations and the 1929 market crash and of course the "threat" posed by Jews.
