Jeb made a calculated error. He believed in a hispanic majority. He believed that a demographic shift had already occurred. He was wrong. He can't really trot out a non English speaking wife to lecture on telenovelas and get votes.

Having recognized too late that there is no hispanic majority, he is trying to resurrect his governorship. It ended ten years ago. The clips he's using to bolster his failing campaign don't even look like him.

He will drop out after he loses the North Carolina primary. He's confident of a win, but is only polling at 4%.
