Well, sure. Trolls abound, even among atheists.
But there's a common misconception that atheists like to "attack" religion, or that they have some vendetta against it. I've only ever known one person like that, a coworker who'd been devout Christian and had a crisis of faith. He was unbearable. All the other atheists I know have no problem with religion. Many see it as a generally positive institution in society.
Sure, there are militant atheist trolls, especially on the internet, who like to attack religious beliefs. And there are religious zealots who like to attack atheists' beliefs (or lack thereof). But these people are, first and foremost, trolls who like to attack others' beliefs. Despite their volume, they are a minority.
Most atheists try to respect the religious beliefs of others, even if they don't agree with them. Just like most religious people respect the atheists in their company. Most people aren't trolls.
