That's interesting. . . wow.

All year long, I see the left media, lefty members on this board, and folks in those J6 hearings refer to what happened on Jan 6 as a "Insurrection," I am told that the BLM riots and what happened on Jan. 6th are not even comparable, yet? When it comes to legitimate reporting, papers of record and legal documents? And even the CIA's own paper?

hmmmmm. . . Interesting. "RIOT."

:eusa_think:

Lots of protesters did that but no one murdered them. During the summer BLM riots hundreds of rioters burned patrol cars and set fires, they were not summarily executed.
Those are property crimes although arson is pretty serious.

The crimes committed on January 6th were committed against our government, members of Congress, and members of the Presidential cabinet.

Crimes against "persons" are generally considered more serious than crimes against "property", and crimes against members of Congress and against the Vice President and other members of the Presidential cabinet are especially serious.

Then there is the intent to prevent the certification of Joe Biden as the newly elected President of the U.S. which is what many of them claimed they were there to do. Remember "Stop The Steal"?

That's why the two situations are not similar, in addition to the fact that Black Lives Matter protestors were engaged in constitutionally protected activity while the rioters used the protests as cover for their criminal activities. Does this person look like a Black Lives Matter member or ally?

What crimes were committed on Jan 6th? They were protesting the certification, not stopping it. It's called a protest.

The BLM protesters were burning parts of cities, blocking off access to parts of a city, killing cops, taking over a police precinct. You are delusional if you think they were just exercising their rights to protest. NOTHING like that happened on Jan 6th....Not even close. Many BLMers are radical white liberals like that person.

One particular member of Trump's following keeps distracting from other threads

Where is Joe Biden's following? Does he have one? Anyone? Where did 81 million people go? Just what is your point about an american patriot ex-vet exercizing her 1st amendment right to bring grievance against an illegal election being gunned down in cold blood for no reason and no warning?

If just, then why was the killer's name kept from the family and public and why then the lies that she was just one of five killed that day?

You know a lot of things can be perceived as a threat and a single person who has no regard for a firearm being pointed at them with instructions to stop what they're doing, let alone a violent mob, can lawfully be deemed as a threat. The mob creates a "disparity of force" which allows an escalated response of deadly force.

Especially a mob which had already demonstrated their determination to use violence and to breach a closed door by breaking out and going through the door's window.

She was not murdered, she was shot during the commission of a violent felony.
The Washington Post analyzed court filings, case documents and other public information about those charged and sentenced as of July 18. The most common felony charges suspects face fall into three categories: interfering with police, obstruction of an official proceeding and trespassing. Defendants in the more than 500 ongoing cases together face almost a thousand felony counts.
As of mid-July, more than 200 people who participated in the riot at the Capitol have been sentenced, according to the analysis. Twenty-four defendants have been sentenced with felonies and 194 with misdemeanors alone. All of the defendants sentenced with felonies face incarceration; on average, each defendant was sentenced to about two years of prison time.
Robert S. Palmer and Mark K. Ponder have been sentenced to the longest prison terms so far: Five years and three months each.
Palmer, a man from Florida who joined the front of the mob and hurled a fire extinguisher, plank and pole at police, was handed the 63-month sentence by U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan in December. Ponder, who assaulted three police officers and shattered a riot shield with a pole, received a matching sentence from Chutkan this week.
Last week, the House committee investigating the efforts by the former president and his allies to overturn the 2020 election results held its eighth public hearing featuring live testimony showing portions of outtakes from remarks Trump delivered Jan. 7, 2021, when aides pressed him to repudiate the riot. The Justice Department has also launched several criminal probes related to the Capitol attack that has moved closer in recent weeks to Trump’s inner circle.
The group of defendants could grow in the coming months: In early July, the FBI was still requesting the public’s assistance in identifying more than 350 individuals believed to have committed violent acts at the Capitol.

Nobody overturned the election. The fbi is corrupt, the DOJ is corrupt they proved it ever since they faked a document to the FISA court to get Trump on fake charges. Comey said Hillary was guilty but let her off. They are going after political enemies now just like the Stasi. We are witnessing a real coup in this country and the shadow government is animating a brain dead POTUS.

These lefty goose-steppers all parrot the same Democrat talking points and march in lock step as their media handlers make sure they talk the right talk and walk the right walk under threat of big cooperate media cancellation. Facebook, Twitter and Microsoft are their gods.

It is equally illegal for ANYONE to use deadly force on someone who is not an immediate deadly threat.
Police have zero superior source of authority over anyone else.
The laws on use of force are identical for everyone.
If police could shoot Ashlii legally, then everyone could legally shoot every cop.
I think every single one of your statements above is either flawed or patently false.

In any case, your understanding of the laws governing deadly force is incorrect.

This is false, everyone knows this is false, no one has been charged with murdering any police officers. Are you this dumb? Yes, of course you are.

That was the whole point of this. IMO.

There is a domestic terror legislation bill, that they have been trying to pass since the OKC bombing back in the 1990's. The establishment oligarchs tried to pass it with the patriot act after 911. Both the DNC and GOP have been resistant to it, the powers that be, have been trying to get one party or the other on board. Even the ACLU thinks the legislation is bad.

Of course Americans have the real power. But the oligarchs that control the machinery of power, if they can get that power, will make all domestic groups, and use the establishment and big tech strip that power, so what happened at the beginning of 2020 with the trampling of folks rights with COVID, will look like a picnic. So, when that WHO global pandemic treaty is finally passed, and these psychopaths we call leaders, finally decide to implement climate lock-downs, and social carbon credit allowances on everyone, it won't matter when partisan divisions disappear, and folks that would riot with BLM, and folks that would riot with proud boys, are all on the same side, all for the same goals anymore. . .

Because then, it will be too late, the government will be using the FISA system against Americans for exactly that purpose, to stop it all, and take that power away, before it is used. It won't be "foreign," anymore, it will just be secret courts.

In essence, it creates a police state, and creates enemies of the State, of American citizens. The deep state pushed for it heavily after 911 too, but the ACLU spoke out against it.

Biden’s Domestic Terrorism Strategy Entrenches Bias and Harmful Law Enforcement Power

Biden’s strategy fails to address the wrongs, let alone reverse them.

We may see some further movement on this legislation, after these sham J6 hearings, if the left does not wise up. And if it does pass, it would be equally used on populist groups like BLM, and Occupy, etc. You can be sure of that, as economically, things are only going to deteriorate, if this war in Europe does not end soon.

When the left & right are both against the machinations of the establishment, but they are still trying to push the agenda?

You KNOW some seriously sinister shit is afoot. :sigh2:

Are the Democrats About to Introduce their Law to Safeguard the Unity of Party and State?

They never used them. They were probably the fbi instigators anyway.
You don't have to use your weapon in order for them to be considered a threat. Here in Washington state, pointing a firearm at a person, whether it's loaded or not is considered an assault and a felony.

Firearms are not the only items that can be used as weapons, they are just readily identifiable as such.

Listen to this, especially from about 7 minutes in on, and you tell me where the "insurrection" was?

I think I saw that before but, it's educational to see it again. All the bullshit the Democrats are spewing along with their sycophant MSM and their brain dead puppet potus, is just a stinking pile of shit.

That's why I asked what crimes were committed (meant for the rabid Trump haters posting here) I am convinced they have no idea what they are talking about and are arrogant enough to believe their own bullshit.

They'll never avail themselves of great thinkers like Levin it's to 'scary' for them because they are told to fear words that don't follow the Democrat line.

Oh come on, no other cop fired at anyone only the firearm mishandler Byrd. He should face charges, IMO. Stop with the hyperbole.

If you want an understanding of firearm laws, take the Concealed Carry course. You'll learn what could get you arrested if you don't follow the law.

Comply to what, you dumb fuck?. That "cop" just fired without warning, you idiot. Go watch the video.
I did. And I did so in the context of the entire Capitol riot.

Babbitt was the first through a breach that gave access to a hallway through which the house chamber was evacuating.

The video shows an armed officer standing with a RAISED firearm to defend that breach. It was surveillance video so I can not attest to the crowed being verbally warned although I would have trouble believing it didn't happen.

If you or me, or for that matter anyone advances on a police officer who is pointing a gun at you, I don't see how there was no warning or for that matter why that police officer was at fault?

What by the way do you suggest he should have done? The video show about 50 other people behind Babbitt. Should he just have given them access to United States House members and their staff?

Very few cops that day had to directly defend members of the house.

There was the case of that one cop who deceived some of those that broke in by leading them in another way when there was a doorway leading directly to the senate chamber.

But in the case of this particular hallway that wasn't possible. You literally see people evacuating the house chamber behind him when he shot Babbitt.
