A. They pulled pipes off the scaffolding outside and used those

B. There is little difference between a pipe and a baseball bat or even a hockey stick (you fucking Russian troll)

Try swinging a baseball bat at a cop and explain to him that it's no big deal because it isn't a pipe.

I'm sure he'll be impressed
They never used them. They were probably the fbi instigators anyway.

These little twats are both angry and terrified that this NON-insurrection was so scary. They can't even bring themselves to imagine a REAL insurrection and that's what frightens them so much. We have all the REAL power and they know it.

:laughing0301:

Bullshit. Post links. And Epps ain't it

Your assertion is based on NOTHING
Epps urged people to 'go into the capitol' but was never prosecuted. Obviously he was a FED and the protesters called him out. It's on video. Ted Cruz questioned an FBI official and was stonewalled.

Ashli Babbit?

Still dead as a doornail.
Yes and if I was her father, nothing on this earth would keep me from tracking down that murderous, fat, donut munching pig and cutting him up into bite-size pieces. Nobody was shooting at him and he fired into a crowd with multiple police officers near her. Every cop and soldier who watched the video were shocked that a senior officer would pull the stunt he pulled. You never fire at someone unless you're taking fire or someone is aiming a gun at you. That alone should have gotten him arrested. But then, the Kapitol Polizei were afraid that BLM or the NAACP would sue them.

But not to worry. When the Repubs take back the Congress, there are already plans to arrest that fat fucking cowardly murderer.

Judge: What is the charge, Mr. District Attorney?

Attorney: Your Honor, the defendant was wielding a dangerous 3' x 4' red cardboard sign with the inscription "TRUMP 2020" printed on it. She smashed it over the officers head so violently it almost knocked off his hat. The prosecution requests a 25-35 year sentence and a fine of not more than $25,000.

they murdered LEOs defending America’s democracy
This is false, everyone knows this is false, no one has been charged with murdering any police officers. Are you this dumb? Yes, of course you are.
They can't even bring themselves to imagine a REAL insurrection and that's what frightens them so much. We have all the REAL power and they know it.
That was the whole point of this. IMO.

There is a domestic terror legislation bill, that they have been trying to pass since the OKC bombing back in the 1990's. The establishment oligarchs tried to pass it with the patriot act after 911. Both the DNC and GOP have been resistant to it, the powers that be, have been trying to get one party or the other on board. Even the ACLU thinks the legislation is bad.

Of course Americans have the real power. But the oligarchs that control the machinery of power, if they can get that power, will make all domestic groups, and use the establishment and big tech strip that power, so what happened at the beginning of 2020 with the trampling of folks rights with COVID, will look like a picnic. So, when that WHO global pandemic treaty is finally passed, and these psychopaths we call leaders, finally decide to implement climate lock-downs, and social carbon credit allowances on everyone, it won't matter when partisan divisions disappear, and folks that would riot with BLM, and folks that would riot with proud boys, are all on the same side, all for the same goals anymore. . .

Because then, it will be too late, the government will be using the FISA system against Americans for exactly that purpose, to stop it all, and take that power away, before it is used. It won't be "foreign," anymore, it will just be secret courts.

In essence, it creates a police state, and creates enemies of the State, of American citizens. The deep state pushed for it heavily after 911 too, but the ACLU spoke out against it.

Biden’s Domestic Terrorism Strategy Entrenches Bias and Harmful Law Enforcement Power

Biden’s strategy fails to address the wrongs, let alone reverse them.

We may see some further movement on this legislation, after these sham J6 hearings, if the left does not wise up. And if it does pass, it would be equally used on populist groups like BLM, and Occupy, etc. You can be sure of that, as economically, things are only going to deteriorate, if this war in Europe does not end soon.

When the left & right are both against the machinations of the establishment, but they are still trying to push the agenda?

You KNOW some seriously sinister shit is afoot. :sigh2:

None of you fine Liberals seem to understand the basic concept of 'imminent threat'. Go look it up and tell us what it means and how it relates to Ashli Babbitt's MURDER. Oops I gave you a hint.
You know a lot of things can be perceived as a threat and a single person who has no regard for a firearm being pointed at them with instructions to stop what they're doing, let alone a violent mob, can lawfully be deemed as a threat. The mob creates a "disparity of force" which allows an escalated response of deadly force.

Especially a mob which had already demonstrated their determination to use violence and to breach a closed door by breaking out and going through the door's window.

She was not murdered, she was shot during the commission of a violent felony.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/nati...ve/2022/jan-6-capitol-riot-charges-sentences/

The Washington Post analyzed court filings, case documents and other public information about those charged and sentenced as of July 18. The most common felony charges suspects face fall into three categories: interfering with police, obstruction of an official proceeding and trespassing. Defendants in the more than 500 ongoing cases together face almost a thousand felony counts.
As of mid-July, more than 200 people who participated in the riot at the Capitol have been sentenced, according to the analysis. Twenty-four defendants have been sentenced with felonies and 194 with misdemeanors alone. All of the defendants sentenced with felonies face incarceration; on average, each defendant was sentenced to about two years of prison time.
Robert S. Palmer and Mark K. Ponder have been sentenced to the longest prison terms so far: Five years and three months each.
Palmer, a man from Florida who joined the front of the mob and hurled a fire extinguisher, plank and pole at police, was handed the 63-month sentence by U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan in December. Ponder, who assaulted three police officers and shattered a riot shield with a pole, received a matching sentence from Chutkan this week.
Last week, the House committee investigating the efforts by the former president and his allies to overturn the 2020 election results held its eighth public hearing featuring live testimony showing portions of outtakes from remarks Trump delivered Jan. 7, 2021, when aides pressed him to repudiate the riot. The Justice Department has also launched several criminal probes related to the Capitol attack that has moved closer in recent weeks to Trump’s inner circle.
The group of defendants could grow in the coming months: In early July, the FBI was still requesting the public’s assistance in identifying more than 350 individuals believed to have committed violent acts at the Capitol.
