Instead of producing fact witness who heard Trump call for insurrection, they produce this "expert on right-wing extremism," to say that what Trump did say was heard by some people as a call to violence. Ordinary people can't understand that, of course. Only self-proclaimed "experts."

No one had to hear from an expert witness for people to understand that Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee, et al led an insurrection. Because they actually led an insurrection.
