US Steel contracts one of my trucks to haul that steel.

I don't have a crystal ball, so I don't claim to know how this turns out.

What I do know is that Trump's "foreign policy" is essentially "you need us more than we need you, so nyah nyah nyah". And I know that most of our (former) allies and trading partners think that he is a buffoon and a clown. A toddler with a bazooka. And that fact alone may make them more determined to fight this. No one wants to give in to such a person.

We have had trade wars in the past, but not with those dynamics. So whatever happens, I suspect it will include ugliness and ill will across the board. Very Trumpian, indeed.
