There are numerous sites which paint a picture of pro Trump supports who blamed BLM for the riots without any proof that they encouraged it. Yet Trump has encouraged protest on his behalf. The cause is him and based on his statements. The fear card he plays and it is clear that they do not have a reason to doubt what he says. To doubt Trump would be to give into their fears.

Fear has always been a way to get people on your side. Tribalism is manipulated by most politicians. They create a them versus us mentality which is part of being human. The problem is that once you play the fear card it cannot be turned off easily. Well I can you can start a war with another country and channel that fear to that country.

Unfortunately in peace time then this fear is channeled internally to other groups of people within the society.

Trump has blown hot air on the fear that republicans have. Of course demos have a similar fear that trump has blown on.

The right who condemned the earlier riots and were quick to place blame where there was none. Now they have been active in starting their own riots. They seem to focus it on behalf of a single man but it is delusional as they always had this fear in democrats and now have a person who was president to gather this fear and the results will not be pretty.

Even Mitch is afraid as he said that senators will have to decide for themselves if to find Trump guilty or innocent. Usual Mitch will be the conductor but now he is taking a seat. I believe he will vote for impeachment if there is an opportunity.
