I think people cite the times where Obama was critical of white people, such as his "typical white person" comment about his grandmother, or his "white man's greed" comment in his book. Obama did routinely make generally disparaging comments, that seemed targeted only at whites. Obama always seemed to favor people of color at every opportunity. Does that make him a racist?
However, if Obama were a white Republican, and was guilty of any one of the above, figuratively speaking, he'd be strung up for being a flaming racist, hate monger and white supremacist.
