Same thing in any run of the mill socialist country. You just get an education and healthcare to go along with it.

I avoid paycheck-to-paycheck, a boss and bad days at work, and being fired, and going through rejection and discrimination too by working for myself.

Its the Politician's job to Govern... and one the ways that its easiest to Govern, is to try to squeeze in Socialism, because it makes his position to Govern so much stronger.
And the more he Governs, the less freedom is had by the People.
Governments are agents of Law, not Freedom.

See Somalia. Almost no government but no shortage of assholes running everyones' lives.
