Zone1 Aren't ALL posts/threads "bait"?

Ummm, I'm talking about the OP. (Opening Post)
What goes on after that is.........
As long as lefties have the power to censor, we will have a censorship problem here. The thread start bs and safe zones are just euphemism for justifying censorship. Just like the baiting thing. Censors have their hands in pretty deep here, that's what all this is about. Political discourse will ALWAYS be ugly. The only use for censorship in a political community is to control the political narrative in the absence of superior arguments and logic. The only censorship we have in a political community is politically motivated.

Bait, in internet speak means you start a conversation that you expect to go to the gutter.
Then 99% of the posts started here are bait threads.

You start a thread in CDZ to try to keep it from being demoted then you're told that you can't do it.

So if you start the thread in the non CDZ forums, it becomes a food fight and is moved.

Misplacing threads is not censorship.
The thread content which started this very thread could have been placed in another forum and
it would not have been closed.

Censorship is where it would have been closed no matter which forum it was placed in.
Very few threads would meet that criteria.

To me, what makes a thread a bait thread has to do with taunting. When posters indulge in the preemptive ridicule of any who do not agree or pose their thread as one involving only two opposing forces where people of the other one are all idiots, they are baiting.

Some posters do nothing BUT indulge in baiting. In fact, the entire race forum has been handed over to one poster towards this very end.

You are here to support censorship. All roads lead to why censorship is justified or needed.
I'm here to make sure some poster doesn't do a verbal attack on YOUR wife, and children in any forum on this board.
You want to call that censorship, yeah, it is.
I'm here to make sure nobody is threatening the life of any of our posters.
You want to call that censorship, yeah, it is.
I'm here to make sure someone from Pakistan isn't here to SPAM this board with drugs and porn
You want to call that censorship, yeah, it is.

But getting people to put their threads in the proper forum?
You want to call that censorship, NO it isn't.

Moving threads is censorship. It suppresses the intent of the author and replaces it with the intent of the thread mover. If a member of your censorship team punishes an author by moving the thread to a subforum called rubber room. Flame room, or conspiracy, the views may be somewhat suppressed, and the censor has marginalized the thread according to his own bias. Thread moving is very dishonest censorship and is REALLY corrupt.

You couldn't be more wrong. Censorship would remove the thread completely, no matter the forum.
You can redefine the word if you want, but that doesn't make you right.

Taunting is a pretty natural thing on politics. Millions have died in wars about politics, so baiting and taunting are par for the course.

While the safe zones, fake site rules, and censorship are really corrupt and dishonest, these kinds of political weapons are par for the course as well. Those who claim to be enforcing "da rules" when they use censorship only do this because they are holding a weaker hand. Censorship is the only weapon they have.

AGAIN, this is the point which you dodge......we are talking about the OP, not the follow up posts.
The OP dictates the direction the thread is intended to go. Like I said, it's not rocket science.

Moving powerful threads that you don't agree with into oblivion is vile censorship. It is cheating, it is corruption, and it is censorship.

Opening posts don't matter in a community where lefties are just going to derail threads with evasion anyway. People who use censorship will ALWAYS have some reason why censorship is important, justified, or needed.

:rolleyes-41: Good grief....enjoy your day. I learned long ago you can't coach the uncoachable
The censorship that occurs in political discussion communities is politically motivated corruption. Moving threads is politically motivated corruption and censorship. Citing the rare need to move a thread that was mistakenly started in the wrong subforum to justify the dominant politically motivated thread moves is corruption. Citing rules that haven't been broken to justify censorship is corruption. Citing safe zones as justification of censorship is corruption. Bold red letters in posts is censorship and corruption.

If you want your posts to be respected, rely upon superior arguments and superior logic to push your agenda, and put distance between you and the censorship team that is relying upon politically motivated censorship to push their political agenda and to get revenge against their opponents. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they?

Yes, there is definitely a lot of censorship here, the worst of it coming from one Stalinist mod with an extreme agenda.

The problem that I see doesn't have so much to do with rules as it does the fact that none of the other mods will do a thing to stop the obviously corrupt behavior of the Stalinist who is so out of control.

Maybe they can't. They are certainly very coy about who controls the power structure here, that's for sure.

The most obvious example of what you are citing has to do with the treatment of conspiracies. Russia collusion hoaxes were always treated as legitimate even though they were a complete fabrication while questioning the integrity of the 2020 election is dismissed as conspiracy even IF it references known facts.

The agenda involved is so utterly obvious that to ignore such constitutes corruption in and of itself.

The administration here are all in lockstep, which means they all support the same extreme agenda. They are ALL the same. They ALL weaponize censorship. One Stalinist in a group that is in lockstep means the entire group are Stalinists.
