My home value is way way up.
Still I Worry about regular working folks, Rent has gone up as people take advantage of the opportunity to raise rents way beyond any additional insurance, taxes or maintain costs. BIG MONEY been stepping away from just building large projects
into regular rental/sales homes & even modular home parks.
