If members of the race with the lowest median household income can show that that they have followed the three rules of income mediation, and still cannot raise that economic level, then we should explore factors beyond their control….and racism would be one of the factors to be considered.

When black folks accuse another black person of acting "white" it is someone black who doesn't want to associate with other black folks. I stopped by his house one Saturday morning. We were going to do some "under the hood" practice with a nearby naval base air traffic controllers who were bored to tears. They liked having people practice GCAs to give them something to do.

Charlie was just finishing mowing his lawn.
