I thought they were called a California stop? I am really good at those!I would do a Texas "rolling stop"!!
I use turn signals all the time, that makes it habit. That way I won't forget to use it when someone is behind me, or in front of me, or whatever.
sheeeesh, some of those old bluebook laws are funnyI go through it.
This is also illegal in several states, if you can believe it. Are you a law breaker?

This situation actually occured to me once.I was thinking about this in the hidden camera at PP thread, so I was wondering what others thought of this hypothetical situation:
You're driving in your car in the middle of the night. You come to a red light. You can see there is no one coming for at least a mile in any direction. The light is stubbornly not changing to green. Do you wait it out or go through the red light?
The point of the question is, the intent of the law is negligible, there is no traffic to control, there is no danger in proceeding, do you follow the law anyway?
This reminds me of Harold and Kumar, when they try to cross the street because no one is around and then as soon as they step off the curb out of no where the cop comes up.This situation actually occured to me once.
It was at about 3-4am with zero traffic. After sitting for
a few minutes I ran the light.
I also once encountered a stuck red light in the middle
of the day at an intersection with moderate traffic.
Drivers proceeded as though there was a stop sign,
without mishap.
I do not believe the law requires anyone to obey a traffic
signal which is broken.
