I wish the vaccines were better. I do. I wish they were great vaccines. Safe and effective, as advertised. But they're not.

To answer the OP, I'd say dumb.

Biden is reinstituting mandatory masking for the Hoi Polloi regardless of vax status, so the whole idea of taking the shot seems pointless. Further, Biden proposes paying people to take the vaccination, but not those who have already received. This will make those who accepted the shot without payment look like biggest dupe for that idiot imaginable.

I just got back from a 10 day vacation. My wife and I were around hundreds of people. 99% of them didn't have masks. Neither one of us wore a mask.

We were both vaccinated back in January because we were in the higher risk category because of our age.

We will see if the vaccine protected us. If it does then we were smart getting it. If it doesn't then we wasted our time getting it.

1) How are they defining Fully vaccinated is the question-----the answer is 2 weeks after the second shot if you don't show any signs before that point.
2) the Vaccines wear off in 6 months---those vaccinated in January are no longer considered vaccinated.
