The Clinton Foundation already ceased some operations. Obviously they need to be in a position of power to make it worth for their clients to bribe them. We'll see how much money they collected in next year tax filling, fraction perhaps?

Her career is already over, she's closer to jail than to next election, and even if she survive, her health is too bad to make another run. This is also why even if prosecuted, she will never see the inside of a jail. People like that don't go to real jails anyway, they get house arrest or go to resorts they're not allowed to leave.
