Are all of Biden’s pardons that were autopenned signed INVALID?

See i think that goes against the spirit of the cotus. You shouldn't be able to blanket pardon someone for unknown crimes. What if that person had committed some serious crimes during that time.

Still, that's the one time I can think of where this was used. Certainly not "all the time"
They can be prosecuted by the state. A federal pardon does not absolve state crimes. Hunter can still go to jail for state tax evasion for example.

That is EXACTLY what Stalin said after the defeat of Hitler, proclaiming he was still alive, even as he had his body and knew it.

You people really have to try a new narrative, lol. This one is to now to easy to deflect with what everything everyone said on the internet-)

COMRADE konrad insists---------->Hitler is alive, lol. Nope, but we can see by your actions and words---------->a close facsimile to Stalin is!
You’re insane! Oh right, I forgot, MAGA. :tinfoil:

Constitution doesn’t place any limits they would stop him from doing so.

The president decides when a pardon is needed. In this case, Biden knew it was needed to prevent Trump’s DoJ from engaging in partisan persecution of their perceived enemies.

so biden absolved them of any crimes they may have, and probably did commit, and you think this is what the power of the pardon was intended for?

It's not. The J6 committe had not been alleged to have committed a offense against the united states, they are alleged to have committed a crime against trump.

The presidential pardon power doesn't apply to any and all crimes, only to federal crimes against the united states. What J6 is alleged to have done wouldn't be a federal crime.

What if it was a serious crime against the US. That's what I'm getting at

If it isn’t a federal crime, it’s not pardoned. What alleged crime isn’t a federal crime?

No. You are incorrect. His pardons were for crimes against the United States during a specific period of time. No one had to be charged to be pardoned.

What crimes against the federal government did the J6 committee commit?

Well, it would not be a state crime, so what is it?

Wrong. Your reasoning is in error. Otherwise, Nixon's pardon by Jerry Ford would not have been valid as he was never charged with a crime.
But with nixon there was a crime. No conviction , but there was a crime

That is your response? Not------>why did Stalin say that, or I am not Stalin like, or did he really have Hitlers body?

See, you people aren't inquisitive at all, you have your DNC marching orders, and damn the torpedo's, full speed ahead, lol.

I just want to see how many of you people are still here if/when, Trump dries up your funding, hehehehehe. I have a feeling, that if he dries it up, the USMB community is going to be shocked on who/and how many, disappear-)
