If the term Palestinea only came to be when Herodotus gave the Philistine coastal area that name, why then is this Swiss organization using that name for the region before 6th century BCE?
This kind of usage only confused people into thinking that the whole area was always called Palestinea, when it was not.
There was no Germany or Italy either.
Palestine existed way before the Jews (Israelites) attacked and murdered their way into the land they falsely claim as their homeland. And now Germany and Italy exist and Palestine still doesn't.

The word Palestine derives from Philistia, the name given by Greek writers to the land of the Philistines, who in the 12th century BCE occupied a small pocket of land on the southern coast, between modern Tel Aviv–Yafo and Gaza. The name was revived by the Romans in the 2nd century CE in “Syria Palaestina,” designating the southern portion of the province of Syria, and made its way thence into Arabic, where it has been used to describe the region at least since the early Islamic era.

The Israelis have this false need to have a country that was always theirs. No place existed, back then or now or ever.
It is just a wet dream coming from crying babies.
