If they had, none of the states would have joined. The Lincoln Cult doesn‘t understand this

They think Lincoln had every right to mass murder southern Americans (thus committing treason under the Constitution) and destroy half the nation, because once part of the country you can never leave. We’ll kill you if you try.

They weren’t attacking the US. You do know Ft Sumter is in SC right? Lol.
Fort Sumter was Federal Property. It was manned by US troops. US troops were attacked.

Agreed.

Teh mafia is the only group that comes to mind, where leaving is a death sentence.

Just stating, it was still a state, does not explain how that... irreversible membership was legally supported.

So you like many Lincoln cultists don’t understand, SC seceded. So, Ft Sumter was no longer a federal facility.

Secondly, all other federal facilities in the seceding states evacuated without issue.

Ft Sumter‘s commander told SC they too would vacate the fort peacefully. But then dishonest Abe stepped in and said hold the fort, we’re sending supplies. Of course SC saw through this deceit, and opened fire.

No doubt you don't know no one was killed or injured in the barrage.

Yet after all this, you still think Lincoln’s War was warranted because of Ft Sumter. LMFAO.

Evidently the Federal Government disagreed. Federal Law trumps state law. If thats not clear, the Federal Guns trump state guns.
If the Austin secedes, the post offices in Austin are still US Post Offices, owned by the Federal Government.

The Founders NEVER used the term “perpetual union“, Dishonest Abe did. The Founders knew no nation is perpetual, as they had just made a new nation. The Lincoln Cultist thinks new nations are impossible, thus denying reality.

Read his Gettysburg Address. It’s laughable. He’s killing Americans to forcibly keep them in a union they no longer want, yet he’s talking about liberty and a new birth of freedom and a government of the people…lmfao.
