Looks like, if these apps are effective and actually being used, they might be being used to help people like Rigoberto Hernandez, (a 5 year trained veteran fire fighter in Washington state) arrested while actually fight wildfire, get to and from his job without being arrested by ICE for having brown skin, and then having to sit in a ICE detention center for 4 weeks, until ICE finds, they must let him go, as he is in compliance with immigration laws.

It is interesting to note, a cursory search cannot find a single ICE agent murdered in all of 2025. A recent attack at an ICE detention facility, saw 3 detainees shot, and not a single ICE agent injured, which would indicate, ICE Agents may have not been the target, as much as detainees.

It isn't my fault, I could find no record of ICE agents murdered in calendar year 2025. I am usually pretty decent with search arguments. Perhaps you can post them if better at research, than I.
I have been a shooter and a hunter, most of my life. I may have missed a small target on first shot before, but never have shot two friends or their hunting dogs on subsequent shots. It strains credulity, that in a target rich environment, the only ones shot were supposedly friendlies to the shooter. Physical evidence, simply does not match the narrative put out.

The fact is the shooter was a poor shot according to his brother and others who knew him. He shot indiscriminately into ICE vehicles trying to kill ICE agents and that's how the detainees were shot.

At least be honest about that.

That the shooter was unsuccessful in killing an ICE agent means there was no intention or consequences of rhetoric targeting ICE agents is perhaps the most bizarre argument I've seen yet from a leftist.

I suppose the fact that the attempted assassinations of President Trump were unsuccessful means the rhetoric for somebody to take him out is immaterial and unimportant, perhaps justified? That's what your argument seems to imply.

Now check how many late night/early morning flights full of migrants Biden dumped into Jacksonville--the last number I saw was 78. How many bussed there? Unknown.

How many flights of migrants etc. into San Francisco? Pretty much zero.

Is that important to the crime statistics? I don't know but it certainly should be looked at.

And check the ratio of arrests for homicide vs conviction. San Francisco, a city where cashless bail is the norm, likely isn't as aggressive in catching and pursuing? Plus San Francisco is a about 3/4 the size of Jacksonville so the per capita murder etc. rate needs to be factored for that.

Evenso your link suggests far more overall crime in San Francisco than in Jacksonville.

You posted a made up rant trying to blame immigrants for Jax's crime problem that has been around well before Biden got into office.
