And, of course we have all heard of people like George Retes, born in Ventura, CA, his mother, also born in Ventura, who was arrested on his way to work, by ICE for being alive and driving while brown, then held for 3 days, without representation or outside contact. The US Army, Iraq War Disabled Veteran, with DV plates on his car, Iraq War Veteran on his rear window and picture ID in his pocket, who after 3 days, an ICE Agent told him "charges" had been dropped, though no charges had ever existed. Even DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin, said he was arrested held three days and not charged.
