Looks like, if these apps are effective and actually being used, they might be being used to help people like Rigoberto Hernandez, (a 5 year trained veteran fire fighter in Washington state) arrested while actually fight wildfire, get to and from his job without being arrested by ICE for having brown skin, and then having to sit in a ICE detention center for 4 weeks, until ICE finds, they must let him go, as he is in compliance with immigration laws.
It is interesting to note, a cursory search cannot find a single ICE agent murdered in all of 2025. A recent attack at an ICE detention facility, saw 3 detainees shot, and not a single ICE agent injured, which would indicate, ICE Agents may have not been the target, as much as detainees.
