On a hill
Synopsis:
People who work for this large corporation, have a choice. You can choose to live your life and at the end of each day, you forget everything that happened at work. So essentially, your life is never working. You wake up, you go to work...and then Presto! in an instant it is time to go back home. The promise of a stress free life.
The Show:
It is packed with symbolism. Knowing this as you watch it, makes the show a lot better. What these people do everyday at work, isn't explained to you. It makes no sense. And they keep doing it over and over with no seeming purpose. But, that IS how jobs are for a lot of folks. They do the same mundane things everyday, and when they finish there is a "reset" of new work... doing the same thing again.
Everything in this show symbolizes something.
Review:
I highly recommend this show. It is not going to be for everybody. You have to think, and understand what is happening and why - and that may not be obvious. In fact, it isn't. It is a thought provoking series about daily modern living. Compliance. Don't ask questions, about what and why you do what you do. Just do it. Trust the system. Follow everyone else. We take care of everything, you just live your life and don't worry about what you don't know about or understand. Be happy.
It doesn't take long to understand the show is about this world. What is happening in the world. Freedom is a mirage. As long as you comply with society, and those in power - you get to have a home, a car and watch TV. You don't comply, you can lose everything. Faster than you can imagine. And you have no power to stop it. But don't worry about that. Just agree to follow along.

And I have to say... BEN STILLER did this???????? WHat?? The cheesy actor in cheesy movies??
He should never act again. He should write shows.
