Of course, one would expect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who represents the taxpayers living in New York’s 14th Congressional District, would represent the best interests of her constituents, which certainly is not in their interest to be taxed to finance the privileged who benefit from this “program”.

In case AOC is unaware, the vast majority of her constituents are blue collar workers, 50 % of which have no degree or are only high school educated, but AOC is just fine with this group of her constituents ultimately being taxed to pay off the college loans of those far richer and better educated then they are.

Let us not forget that AOC is in the privileged group who benefits from Biden’s redistribution of taxes paid by blue collar workers to the privileged who attended college.

And what is even more telling is, one of the very first things AOC, a card-carrying member of the Democratic Socialists of America [SOURCE], promoted after being sent to Congress by the voters in NY’s 14th Congressional District was supporting a $4,500 pay increase for members of Congress [HER] even though she was already living large on her constituents dime with an annual salary of $174,000 and about another $110,000 in fringe benefits [retirement plans, top of the shelf medical, paid vacations, etc.] bringing her annual earnings up to about $285,000, while the average earnings of her constituents was under $60,000.

And now Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wants to be re-elected so she can screw her constituents even more?

This coming election District 14 voters have a very important decisions to make . . . Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez vs Tina Forte, and the polices between these two are the difference between day and night!

Why is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez comfortable with filling New York City’s scarce public housing with illegal aliens when America’s needy Citizens, including U.S. Military Veterans, are going homeless?

All of the animals on Animal Farm are equal, only, some of the animals are more equal than others.

I get it. Student loans have been at a high interest rate causing their debt to multiply to levels that aren't reasonable. It's fair to give them some relief, and reduce the total amount they have to pay. Another step would be to reduce the interest to a low level, or even allow no interest loans to those who graduate in the most highly needed fields, like engineering and medicine.

And AOC’s philosophy is crystal clear: financial breaks for me but not for thee!

AOC wants a government mandated break on her college loans, but no incentive given to Amazon to locate their headquarters in NYC. What a hypocrite!

The question is, will the voters in New York's District 14 return AOC to Congress after all the misery she has brought to her constituents?

There is no excuse for this wealth transfer by dim wits...

That is part of the proposal that still has to go through the rules process. Your payments will be 5% of your income above a certain level. If it is less than the interest being charged at the time, the government will eat the difference and after 20 years if you are still not paid in full, the rest get dropped. It is basically the same system we have for IDR payments now except the payment is 10% of your income above the threshold currently and the interest part. For years that unpaid interest was capitalized putting people deeper and deeper into the debt hole as they were forced to pay interest on unpaid interest. There are older borrowers out there who have paid more than they ever borrowed in payments but have well into six figure debt because of the way servicers were piling on interest and handing out six month deferments like candy.

Not everybody’s vote can be bought.

Seems that vote buying has been successful in all the shit hole communities controlled and created by a Democrat leadership . . . New York City being the latest example.

No, not every program should be for everyone. But every program should be for the most people.

When youre running a country of 300 million plus americans your programs and policies should be what is always best for the majority of people. Running a country is about making decisions that benefit as many people as possible at once. Soon as you start targeting small groups then youre leaving out most groups. Time, money, energy, manpower, etc should always be focused on what it is best for the most people. Let states and local governments worry about the smaller groups.

Sometimes you have to tell small groups. "you made a choice and dont like the results. Well, deal with it because thats life".

Universities are sitting on billions of dollars and tuitions go UP... while they spend lavishly on frivolous things. That should be the first place to start looking.

Translation:

Democrats can seize / mis-appropriate tax dollars and spend them on partisan political / social agenda / vote-buying that benefits a small minority of Americans if we want. We do it all the time....and you can't stop it.
