In the classic 1984 there are three nations which are in a constant state of warfare. The nationas are Eastasia, Oceania, and Eurasia. Two nations are always allied with each other against the third. The alliances change periodically and one of the three nations is always at war with the other two. But the rotation ensures that the war is on going. One one side begins to win or lose the alliance immediately changes. The people have no grasp of history since it is always destroyed and updated by the Ministry of truth ( MINITRUE ) There fore when the government says we are at war with Eurasia because we have always been at war with eurasia and the next day claim that we are at war with Eastasia because we always have been no one knows the truth.

Now here in reality most people thought neo nazis were the most dangerous and evil people on the planet. The FBI for some reason declared white supremacists to be the biggest threat to America ( except, maybe for parents active in the PTA , which means challenging MINITRUE ). Many people here in America openly debated the merits of physically attacking people who are assumed to be neo nazis and many claimed yes it is justified and should be legal to assault such people. Social media platforms were deplatorming and censoring ANY tweet or post or video which someone somewhere claims is even remotely warm towards neo nazis.

Now suddenly with the snap of a finger we are tolerating and SUPPORTING and even allowing the active recruitment for people in the Azov battalion of the Ukrainian army. The Azov battalion is of course a military unit which has nazi roots in its unit symbolism and is made up of many who have neo nazi views. Putin cited the existence of such neo nazi military units as one of the justificastions for his war.

Straight out of Orwell, one minuted a certian group or ideology is the enemy and must be eradicated but then suddenly the arrangment alters and they are OK and on our side.

Since it is in fact let wingers who control the media and social platforms it is plain they viewed 1984 as in instruction manual not a warning. Incidentally they are rewriting 1984 as we speak to ensure the warnings are removed and it is made into a feminist propaganda piece.

Putin didn't need anyone's blessing. People have allowed politics to so consume them that they can't fathom anything going on in the world unless we lead it.

If something happens it only happens because it's the fault of someone in office.

If a meteor would hit the moon I have no doubt the parties would blame each other.
