Cause the ACLU will rush to the aid of a homeless person and said they cannot be held or institutionalized against their will.
But meanwhile those with IDD like Aspergers are put in group homes against their will.
Why isn't the ACLU saying to the the group homes, "No you can not do that, that violates their rights against being held against their will?"
