They are getting no restrictions on ICBM's or support of foreign militias
They are getting their oil back on the world market

Arabs will invest the $300 billion dollars, so it is their decision that they agreed to do.

So we dragged them into a war they didn't want, cut them off from their economic lifeline, and then required THEM to pay the reparations for the war we started.

Now, yes, some factions will benefit. Most of the rebuilding in Iran will probably be done by Saudi firms (such as the one owned by the Bin Laden family). But even that might be a case of unintended consequences. Saudis will go to Iran and see how actual devout Muslims live. Kind of like how Arabs who went to Afghanistan to fight the Russians in the 1980s were radicalized.
