So apparently Trump signed a few executive orders today.

American flag burning is an automatic 1 year in jail, no parole, reprieve, or reduced sentencing. .
Federalization of DC
More troops in more cities.
No more cashless bail anymore anywhere....gonna be too expensive to continue the practice.
A whole bunch of orders today all focused on crime.

I doubt all of those will survive. But, Trump is masterful in that, even in losing, he forces the dems to paint themselves as wanting crime and being in favor of flag burning. This will be there next campaign slogan, "We fully support the first amendment rights of people burning the American flag. It's who we are and what we stand for. Remember to vote for the party who recognizes your right to burn the American flag".

It might not stand and be overturned. Just depends largely on the court. This is a different SCOTUS.
